NEW DELHI: Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi is all set to launch a new product in India. The company took to Twitter to tease the launch of its upcoming electric toothbrush.
The tweet posted by Xiaomi reads, “How many of you are still stuck with manual brushing? Something amazing is coming soon for a #ProCleaning. Stay tuned!” The tweet also consists of a seven-second video that shows the steam of the electric toothbrush.
Apart from this, no other information about the upcoming toothbrush is available right now.
This will be the second electric toothbrush launched by the company this year. In February Xiaomi launched the Mi Electric Toothbrush T300 in the country. Priced at Rs 1299, the company claims that the Mi Electric Toothbrush T300 comes with magnetic levitation sonic motor which promises to produce 31000 vibrations per minute. The toothbrush is said to brush away bacteria, food particles, and stains.
The device features DuPont Tynex StaClean antimicrobial bristles. The bristles are thin and soft. They are set at a 10-degree angle and claim to whisk plaque and debris from gums and teeth. The electric toothbrush also features dual-pro brush modes and has an EquiClean Auto Timer which pauses for 30 seconds after 2 minutes to remind the user to change sides.
The electric toothbrush comes with an IPX7 rating which makes the device waterproof. The toothbrush comes with an anti-slip bump strap design that is said to make it comfortable to hold. It has an LED indicator that alerts the user when to charge the device.
